Make these Gluten Free Mango Lime Cheesecake Popsicles for a naturally sweet, healthy, and refreshing treat. Eat these before the summer ends!

Serves: 8-9 popsicles
Ingredients
  • 3 cups cubed fresh mango (or frozen mango thawed)
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1½ tablespoons honey*
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, room temperature
Directions
  1. Add softened cream cheese to blender and blend until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  4. Run warm water over outsides of molds to loosen popsicles before eating.
Notes
*Add more or less depending on taste and sweetness of the mangoes.
